Video Presentations
Earthworks Summit Video features testimonials from citizens who developed health problems from fracking operations.
The below three videos feature professor Anthony Ingraffea, a nationally recognized Cornell University researcher, who addresses various concerns relating to Marcellus Shale drilling activities.
Ingraffea has been a principal investigator on R&D projects from the National Science Foundation, NASA, FAA, Kodak, IBM, Schlumberger, and the Gas Research Institute. His research concentrates on computer simulation and physical testing of complex fracturing processes.
Below, James (Chip) Northrup, former gas/oil industry planning manager discusses some of the major problems of using high-volume slick-water horizontal hydraulic fracturing.
