Also, to accept wastewater (untreated wash water and untreated storm water) from Matriculated Services, LLC and B&B Oilfield Services, LLC for ultimate treatment and disposal. Tier 1 protection is provided for the uses of the receiving stream in 47 CSR 2.
Business conducted: The facility is a maintenance shop for oil and gas field equipment and a processor and distributor of fine sand for the oil and gas industry. Onsite operations are leased by Merit Development, Inc.
