APPALACHIAN VOICES Say “Time to Stop the Manchin Dirty Deal”

This past week, West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin released his “permitting reform” bill to attempt to green-light the Mountain Valley Pipeline (MVP) and weaken environmental protections for communities impacted by energy projects.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer promised Manchin he would tie this bill to a must-pass budget bill that will be voted on before the end of September. We need your voice today to stop the MVP and other polluting energy projects.

We knew this bill was coming – and it’s even more harmful than we thought it would be. Tell your members of Congress – Vote NO on this fossil fuel wish list!
