After his release from prison, Frank had difficulty finding work. But since joining the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), he has built a career as a certified electrician installing chargers for electric vehicles. Frank’s story shows how major federal investments in electric vehicles and their chargers — linked with critical labor standards — will create high-quality union jobs, advance equity and justice, and reduce air and carbon pollution to combat the climate crisis.
