Comment to FERC on MVP’s Certificate Amendment

The Mountain Valley Pipeline (MVP) is proposing to bore under 69 streams and wetlands in the first 77 miles of the pipeline route in a certificate amendment request (CP21-12) to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

FERC is providing the public an opportunity to comment on their request. You can submit comments on MVP’s proposal through December 21, 2020.
